THIS MONTH'S TOPIC: How Do We Find Out What's Wrong with Our Culture?

No manager wants to hear their culture--which is critical and for which they're responsible--isn't great.  It reflects on us personally, and it's hard to change.  And it's even harder to change the reputation for a poor culture.

We'll use this Workgroup to work on how to get a brutally objective view of your culture.  Only then can we figure our how best to change and protect it.

But like all responsible discussions, let's define our terms:  Just what is "culture?"
