Most meetings go off the rails in the first 5 minutes because people don’t agree on the key issues—and never realize it.  This fast-paced session is for managers who need to work cross-functionally but are under terrible time pressure.  Remember: if meetings don’t produce a decision, you’ll need another meeting.

55 minutes with a cohort of 4 peers  

We’ll simulate a Zoom meeting to make a tough management decision chosen by the group (e.g., Should we close our lowest performing facility?) You’ll learn how to ask the CEO-level questions that snap meetings into focus, engage every department, and end with a decision that sticks.

Step 1:  In the first 10 minutes, learn the ¼-Page Meeting Planner and The GMs Index.  

Step 2:  Agree on key terms and practices

Step 3:  Brainstorm, then distill to the top three questions.  

We’ll finish by discussing how to use these tools in sales and  planning meetings.
