Show your team how to bring the right questions into every staff and sales meeting. Have you ever been in a meeting where it seems people are just trying to advance their own ideas—and dodge everyone else’s?  Learn how to teach your team a simple technique for bringing clarity and focus to every meeting.  In one hour, you’ll learn how to build a 1/4-Page Meeting Planner using The GMs Index, the standard body of knowledge for general management. You’ll work through a mini-case to ensure your three killer questions are at the CEO’s level. (This workshop is great for planning sales and customer meetings, as well.)

Session Objectives:

In this interactive workshop you will learn how to:

  • Get everyone to focus quickly on the core issues
  • Prevent unneeded follow-up meetings—and lengthy email chains
  • Learn the language of management that gets the decision-maker’s attention
  • Strike a blow against management jargon
