CEO Roundtable Intensive: Presentations that make your career
Tuesday, August 31, 2021 (7:30 AM - 9:15 AM) (CDT)
A few times in their careers, a CEO must—must—inspire everyone in their organization to take up a wonderful or terrible challenge. At these times, it’s not enough to communicate data or clarify a decision. Everything hinges on not just informing, not just persuading, but inspiring people to take a big step and to keep marching until the challenge is met. Everyone is watching and everyone will remember.
Topic question: How can a CEO deliver a truly inspiring presentation--every time?
- When did one of your presentations transform your organization?
- What presentation problems are unique to the CEO?
- What risk will you take in your next big staff presentation?
